- Blackpool Service Station(BP garage)
- At traffic signals turn left(signposted Town Centre)
- Turn right onto Cookson Street – A586
- Continue forward onto Dickson Road
- Turn left
- Turn right onto Promenade – A584
- Turn right onto Warley Road
- Turn left onto Gynn Avenue
- The Rossdene House is on the left hand side approximately half way along Gynn Avenue
